Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items not returned in original packaging will not be accepted.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are only accepted for non-custom, stock manufacturer items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or special order items – These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Gift cards

  • Personal use or hygiene items

  • Any product that has been used, damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the brand. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we can guide you through the warranty process with the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note:

  • We have no control over the time taken by your bank, credit card company, or payment platform to post the refund.

  • If delays occur, please check with your payment provider first.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.
    If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@limitlessgolf.com.au.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@limitlessgolf.com.au, and return the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or posted to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the buyer first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost in transit.
